Shooting Guidance Notes & General Regulations
Ensuring the smooth running of the day, the enjoyment of all attendees personal health and safety are paramount, we have to be guided by certain principles for a safe and enjoyable event therefore;
We ask that all team captains/individuals are responsible for ensuring that each member of their team/individuals have suitable third party insurance i.e. BASC, CPSA etc
Anyone undertaking approved shooting instruction will automatically be covered.
The event will take place in accordance with CPSA guidelines which can be found at www.cpsa.co.uk
Insurance cover for the event stipulates that no person under the age of 10 may take part in the flush competition, and that all persons under the age of 16 when shooting must be supervised by an adult at all times.
It is recommended that appropriate safety equipment be worn i.e ear defenders and glasses when shooting and/or when in close proximity to the shooting stands.
No alchohol to be consumed before shooting.
Whilst on site the committee take no responsibility for and loss or damage to personal property.
Plaswad or fibre cartridges can used and will be available on the day.
The decision of the organising committee is final.
